Pack Leadership Community Terms & Consent Agreement

RECORDING, CONTENT SUBMISSION, MEDIA RELEASE, AND PROMOTIONAL USE CONSENT

By joining, accessing, attending, participating in, viewing, posting within, communicating through, submitting content to, or otherwise using the Pack Leadership Community, you acknowledge and agree that your participation and any content you provide may be recorded, photographed, captured, reproduced, edited, modified, distributed, displayed, published, transmitted, broadcast, streamed, archived, and otherwise used by Cesar's Way, Inc., Training Cesar's Way, the Pack Leadership Community, their affiliates, successors, licensees, assigns, partners, agents, representatives, and authorized third parties.

For purposes of this Agreement, "User Content" includes, without limitation, photographs, videos, audio recordings, dog training footage, behavior assessment videos, comments, posts, messages, questions, answers, testimonials, stories, homework submissions, written content, community discussions, profile information, livestream participation, webinar participation, coaching participation, and any other materials, information, or content submitted, uploaded, shared, displayed, transmitted, or otherwise provided by you through the Pack Leadership Community or directly to Cesar's Way, Inc.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit any User Content you provide and to grant the rights described in this Agreement.

You hereby grant Cesar's Way, Inc. and its affiliates an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable right, license, consent, and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, edit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, transmit, broadcast, stream, advertise, promote, sell, commercialize, analyze, and otherwise exploit your User Content and your name, username, profile image, photograph, likeness, appearance, image, voice, statements, comments, questions, submissions, recordings, video participation, audio participation, and all other aspects of your participation, in whole or in part, in any manner and in any media now known or later developed.

Such use may include, without limitation:

• Live and recorded coaching sessions with Cesar Millan
• User-submitted dog training and behavior videos
• Questions submitted for coaching or Q&A sessions
• Testimonials and success stories
• Community posts and comments
• Educational content and course materials
• Membership content and replay libraries
• Social media posts and advertisements
• Websites and landing pages
• Email marketing and newsletters
• Promotional campaigns and sales materials
• Podcasts and webinars
• Livestreams and replay content
• Printed materials and publications
• Television broadcasts
• Streaming platforms
• Documentaries and films
• Public relations and media appearances
• Internal business, training, reporting, and presentation purposes
• Artificial intelligence, machine learning, search, recommendation, and content management systems used in connection with the operation, promotion, improvement, or delivery of products and services
• Commercial, educational, promotional, editorial, marketing, and business purposes

You acknowledge and agree that User Content submitted to the Pack Leadership Community may be selected, discussed, displayed, reviewed, analyzed, critiqued, featured, repurposed, edited, shared, and publicly presented by Cesar Millan and Cesar's Way, Inc. for educational, training, entertainment, promotional, commercial, and business purposes.

You understand and agree that you will not receive compensation, royalties, approval rights, ownership rights, residuals, or any other payment arising from any use of your User Content, likeness, voice, participation, or submissions.

You waive any right to inspect, review, approve, or control the use of any recordings, photographs, screenshots, video clips, audio clips, publications, advertisements, derivative works, marketing materials, broadcasts, or finished products incorporating your User Content, likeness, voice, participation, comments, questions, or submissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, discharge, and hold harmless Cesar's Way, Inc., Training Cesar's Way, the Pack Leadership Community, their affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, partners, licensees, and authorized third parties from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of your User Content, likeness, image, voice, participation, recordings, photographs, screenshots, comments, questions, submissions, or other content as described herein.

If you do not wish your likeness, voice, comments, questions, submissions, videos, photographs, or other User Content to be used as described above, you should not submit such materials or participate in a manner that makes you identifiable.

EDUCATIONAL CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The Pack Leadership Community provides educational, informational, and entertainment content related to dog behavior, training, leadership, wellness, and personal development.

The information shared by Cesar Millan, guest speakers, moderators, staff, and community members is intended for general educational purposes only and should not be considered veterinary, medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

Members should consult their veterinarian, physician, licensed mental health professional, attorney, financial advisor, tax professional, or other qualified professional regarding their specific circumstances before acting on any information obtained through the community.

No guarantees are made regarding any specific results, outcomes, or improvements for members, their dogs, businesses, relationships, finances, health, or personal situations.

Participation in the community, implementation of any techniques discussed, and interaction with dogs or other animals is done voluntarily and at the member's own risk.

By participating in the Pack Leadership Community, you acknowledge and agree that Cesar's Way, Inc. is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, claim, or outcome arising from your reliance on, interpretation of, or implementation of information obtained through the community.
